Implementing Cash-Based Interventions: A Guideline For Aid Workers
This guideline aims to provide Action Against Hunger staff with a range of experience in cash-based interventions practical guidance in programme design, implementation and monitoring.
The first part of the manual deals with theory and on-going debate on cash-based interventions. It also gives some examples from the field. Key messages are highlighted in boxes. The second part of the manual considers the design and preparatory phases and then focuses on specific cases of cash grants, vouchers and labour-based interventions.
